HELLO
I hope to win your support and earn your vote.
My name is Dan Wilson, and I am the republican candidate for the office of Justice of the Peace/Lafayette County Quorum Court, District 2.

I am a member of the First Baptist Church of Stamps. I am an active member in the Lafayette County Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary. I have morally supported and encouraged associations and organizations within the Lafayette County Community.

Upon graduating Stamps High School – ’72, and SAU BBA – ’77; I applied to Texas A&M- Texarkana and was accepted into the graduate studies program, graduating with a M.S. – ’99.
Being a member of a third-generation farm family, I recognize the challenges and opportunities facing ag-producers. And I understand the part that local, state, and federal government play in supporting the efforts and ambitions of our community. While meeting and visiting with the voters of District 2, I hope to discuss shared concerns and introduce the Citizenry Advisory Program (C.A.P), initiative and the role it would play in finding solutions.

With the promise the C.A.P. initiative delivers, one of greater accessibility to and accountability from the government; I pledge my best effort to continue the commitment by previous justices and Courts of building on the foundation of a citizen’s government represented by and dedicated to public service.
May God Bless Our Country and Community
Thank you,
Dan Wilson
